Refund policy

All sales are final. Every Americish item is custom printed specifically for your order, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing, fit, or change of mind. Please review the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at americish@rackventures.net with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll replace it or refund it — your choice.

Orders that never arrive. If tracking shows your order lost in transit, get in touch within 30 days of the last tracking update and we’ll sort it out.

Cancellations. Production starts quickly. If you need to cancel or correct an order, contact us as soon as possible — we can usually help if production hasn’t started.
