What does “Americish” mean?

It’s the word we invented for our family — one half American, one half British, completely both. The full story lives on Our Story.

How long will my order take?

Every piece is custom printed just for you. Production takes 2–5 business days, then shipping time on top — most US orders arrive within 5–8 business days of ordering. You’ll get a tracking email the moment it ships.

Where do you ship?

Across the United States and the United Kingdom — naturally — and to most countries beyond. Items print at the facility nearest you, so international orders don’t cross an ocean unless they have to.

Can I return or exchange something?

Because each item is printed specifically for your order, all sales are final — we can’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product before ordering. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise wrong, contact us within 30 days and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

How do I pick the right size?

Each product page has a size chart under “Size and Fit.” Between sizes? We recommend sizing up — on both sides of the Atlantic.

How should I care for my gear?

Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low. Don’t iron directly on the design — it deserves better.

Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

Different items sometimes print at different facilities. Everything’s on its way — check your tracking emails for each package.
